1. To ensure accurate system measurement, protect against wind and rain erosion, and facilitate operation, the construction of a work shed and a weighing room isrequired.
2. There should be a gap of 10-15mm at the junction between the weighing platform and the approach ramp; collision and friction must be avoi. The weight of the loaded vehicle being weighed shall not exceed the system's rated capacity.
4. To ensure normal weighing performance, the scale shall be regularly calibrated.
5. No foreign octs shall be jammed under the weighing platform.
6. Weighing operators must be trained before operating the equipment. Maintenance personnel shall not disassemble any components without mastering the necessary kledge, so as to avoid affecting weighing accuracy or damaging the system.
7. Instrument operators must thoroughly study the instrument manual, understand the basic principles, and be familiar with maintenance methods before officially oe instrument.
8. Before powering on the system, the power supply and grounding must be checked for reliability. At the end of the shift, the instrument power plug must be ugged to cut off the power supply.
