Working principle of electronic truck scales

The object to be weighed or the loaded vehicle is placed on the load receiver platform. Under the action of gravity, the load is transmitted to the lcell via the load receiver, causing deformation of the load cell's elastic body. The strain gauge bridge attached to the elastic body becomes unbalanced, outputting an electrical signal proportional to the eight value. The signal is amplified by a linear amplifier, converted into a digital signal via an A/D converter, and then processed by the instrument's microprocessor (CPU) to dire display the weight data. When equipped with a printer, the weighing data can be printed and recorded; if configured with a computer and weighing management software, the measurement data can be comprehensiaged through the weighing management system.
