Automobile Weighbridge Body and Its Manufacturing Process
The structure of the weighbridge body is a U-shaped steel structure, and ing platform adopts a modular, series, and multi-unit combination design. The rigidity of the weighbridge body is not less than 1/1000; the platformeel plate is Q235B steel plate, and its chemical composition and mechanical properties comply with the provisions of GB700-2006. All steel plates shaped steel materials are straightened and bent using the method of pressurization by large hydraulic bending machines and large hydraulic pre-arching machines. The weighing platform surface has a slight curvaturrevent water accumulation and icing. The weighing platform is reinforced to safely bear all loads applied to it, ensuring that the deflection does not exceed 1/300 of th under heavy loads.
The weighing platform is free of traditional junction boxes and sensor mounting holes, and there are no fixing screws on the platform surface. The weighing platform is flat and ally pleasing, ensuring overall sealing to effectively protect the sensors and prevent internal rusting. The overall strength and rigidity are significantly improved, extending the service life. Sensor installation, mainnd debugging are very convenient. The connection between weighing platforms does not use traditional fixing bolts or pins, making installation simple and time-saving.

We were the first in the country to introduce large-scale process production equipment such as CNC plasma flame cutting machines, large bending machines, gantry multi-head automatic welding machines, pre-archichines, shot blasting machines, hydraulic shearing machines, and paint baking rooms. Meanwhile, the steel used by our company is all Q235B steel plate of fixed length. Excelld production equipment and manufacturing processes synchronized with international standards guarantee the high quality and good stability of the products.
CNC Plasma Flame Cutting Machine:
A powerful AC servo drive system, dual-drive rack and pinion system, and an exceptionally rigid mechanical structurevely address issues such as inertia, system vibration, increased drive system wear, and reduced cutting quality caused by high speeds. This ensures precise torch positioning and smooth movement, guaranteeing hision cutting, high rigidity, and small backlash, while being easy to adjust to ensure the specifications of the scale body.
Large Hydraulic Shearing Machine:
Fully steel welded structure with excel machine rigidity and high precision. Hydraulic transmission with nitrogen cylinder return stroke ensures quick and easy adjustment. Automatic blade gap adjustment is accurate and convenient. Stress relief by vibration ensures excellrigidity and stability, thereby improving processing accuracy.
Large Hydraulic Bending Machine:
Overall steel plate welding provides sufficient stiffness and strength. Hydraulic and electrical control is adopted, allowing the ram be adjusted arbitrarily. It features operating modes such as jogging, semi-automatic, and automatic. The jogging mode facilitates die testing and adjustment. The wedge-type deflection compensation mechanism ensures high bend accuracy.
Gantry Multi-head Automatic Welding Machine:
Mainly used for the automatic welding of multiple U-shaped plates in the steel structure of vehicle scales. The welding method emp2 gas shielded arc welding, resulting in smooth and flat weld seams. It can achieve the simultaneous automatic welding of six seams, with a smooth and flat weld surface. The overall is free from missed welds, false welds, pores, and pinholes, improving welding efficiency and ensuring welding quality.
Large Pre-Arching Machine:
Effectively improves the deflection of the weighing platform under load, prevents water accumulation on the platform, ensures internal components are protected from corrosion, guarantees the upward deflection and flatness of the platform, and ensures better stiffness and strength of the scale body. The upward deflection of thbody ensures that water and ice do not accumulate on the platform surface.
Overall Shot Blasting Machine:
After the scale body is welded, it undergoes a comprehensive 360hot blasting treatment in the factory's shot blasting workshop. This optimizes the steel surface condition, eliminates welding stress, removes scale, dust, and surface oil stains and rust, improint adhesion, is more thorough than sandblasting for rust removal, and extends the service life of the scale body.
Baking Paint Booth:
The baking paint booth is equipped wit temperature controller. During baking, the air damper is adjusted to the baking position, and hot air circulates, causing the temperature inside the booth to quickly rise to the preset dryingtemperature. The fan draws in external fresh air, which undergoes primary filtration, exchanges heat with the heat exchanger, and is sent to the air chamber at the top of thepaint booth. After secondary filtration and purification, the hot air circulates internally through the damper. Apart from drawing in a small amount of fresh air, the vast majority of hot is reheated and reused, gradually raising the temperature inside the booth. When the temperature reaches the set value, the burner stops automatically; when the temperature drops to the set va the fan and burner start automatically again, maintaining a relatively constant temperature inside the booth. This ensures uniform baking temperature and paint film thickness.

Each scale is equipped with meplate. The content includes the manufacturer, measurement accuracy, maximum capacity, verification scale interval, actual scale interval, manufacturing license mark and number, factory serial number, and oth
