The Grain and Oil Industry Weighing and Dispatch Management System is primarily designed to address the issues of low efncy and poor accuracy associated with traditional manual weighing or simple weighing software, which require staff to manually calculate, verify, and process large volumes of weight, price, and amount data. By esng a unified weighing and dispatch management platform, the system manages and controls a series of dispatch business processes—from grain procurement, quality inspection and testing, and loading to finished product sales—using informatio technology. This significantly improves on-site dispatch efficiency for grain and oil enterprises, reduces manual intervention, enables the automatic transmission of key on-site data, greatly enhances the informatization e production site, and provides stronger support for upper-level systems.

Self-service Card Issuance and Collection Management: Achieves self-service card issuance management for freight drivers entering the factself-service card collection and printing management for drivers exiting the factory through the installation of self-service terminals.

Queue and Number Calling Management: Manages vehicle queuing based on the order of cd issuance (queuing for entry), entry (queuing for weighing), and weighing (queuing for loading). It supports separate queuing for different materials and comprehensive queuing for alerials. When a vehicle's number is called, the system automatically reminds the vehicle to proceed to the next stage. Additionally, it supports VIP queuing, manual queuing, queue timeoutagement, and blacklist management to meet various management requirements under different scenarios.

Access Control Management: Controls the entry and exit of all vehicles by combining vehicle number recognition, card swiping identif, and system condition judgments.

Unattended Weighbridge Management: Achieves unmanned and automated management of weighbridge metering, supporting various automatic weighing modes such as driver disembarking and driver ining in the vehicle.

Packing Scale Dispatch Control: By interfacing with the packing scale system, it realizes control functions such as material identification and control for each loading lane, automatic jud pre-loading quantities, opening and closing of packing scales, and automatic counting.

Quality Inspection Management: Through dedicated quality inspection functions, it enables the association of inspection data with loading lnd oil tanks, the association of inspection data with contracts and orders, automatic deductions based on inspection results, and self-service printing of quality inspection reports.

Packaging Material Management: Manages customing deposits, rentals, and returns, and realizes automatic inventory leveling based on return times and automatic calculation of penalty amounts.

Handheld Terminal Receipt Confirmation Management: Achieves receipt confirmation for materientering the factory via handheld terminals, including management of material identification and receiver information. Information transmission can be conducted via card writing or data transmission through 4G, WiFi, and oommunication methods.
