Unattended Weighing System for the Steel Smelting Industry

The weighing and shipping management system for the steel industry is primarily designed to address issues such as large plant areas, scatered scales, uneven task distribution, high manual workload, low efficiency, and poor accuracy. By establishing a unified weighing and shipping management platform, it manages and controls a series of shipping business prses—from raw ore procurement, quality inspection and testing, and receiving, to scrap steel batching and finished product sales—using information technology. This significantly improves on-site shipping efficiency, reduces manual ent, enables automatic transmission of key on-site data, greatly enhances the informatization level of the production site, and provides stronger support for upper-level systems.

Self-service Card Issuance ann Management: Achieves self-service card issuance management for freight drivers entering the plant and self-service card collection and printing management for drivers exiting the plant through the installation of self-service nals.

Queue and Number Calling Management: Manages vehicle queuing based on the order of card issuance (queuing to enter the plant), entry into the plant (queuing for weand weighing (queuing for loading). It supports separate queuing for different materials and comprehensive queuing for all materials. When a vehicle reaches its number in the queue, the system automatic reminds the vehicle to proceed to the next stage. Additionally, it supports VIP queuing, manual queuing, queue timeout management, and blacklist management to meet various management requirements under different ios.

Access Control Management: Controls the entry and exit of all vehicles by combining vehicle number recognition, card swiping identification, and system condition judgments.

Unattended Weighbridge Managnt: Achieves unmanned and automated management of weighbridge metering, supporting various automatic weighing modes such as driver disembarking and driver remaining in the vehicle.

Quality Inspection Management: Through dedicated quality inspectin functions, it enables the association of quality inspection data with contract orders, automatic deductions based on inspection results, and self-service printing of quality inspection reports.

Batching Management: For different stel formulas, it enables batching management for steel production through batching truck bucket identification and data collection from overhead cranes (crane scales).

Handheld Terminal Receipt Confirmation Management: Achieves receipt irmation for materials entering the plant via handheld terminals, including management of material identification, receiver information, etc. Information transmission can be conducted via card writing or data transmission through network communicatins such as 4G and WiFi.
